Main bed made up and towels supplied.         Linen hire available for extra beds.

• Higher rates & Minimum bookings apply Christmas & Easter, Long Weekends & Special Events.
• Prices are based on up to 2 people per night.  Extra charges apply for additional adults/children.

CARAVAN  AND BOAT STORAGE area available        If storage on site, full site fees will apply.

Parking     One car per allocated car space per site / cabin only. 

PETS ARE WELCOME ON APPLICATION BUT ONLY WHEN  BOOKING A CARAVAN SITE. [NOT WITH PARK ACCOMMODATION]

Terms and Conditions

  CANCELLATION POLICY:
An administration fee of $50 will be charged if the booking is cancelled 15 days or more before arrival or a charge of the first nights accommodation if 14 days or under. Alternatively where applicable the customer may allocate the total fund amount towards a future booking (to be used within 6 months) and no administration fee will apply.

No total refunds.  There will be no refund given for early departure.

We do not allow pets to accompany owners staying in any of our cabins, as pets are not permitted inside our cabin accommodation.

Wildlife - Our property is maintained and cleaned regularly, however, wildlife is common in country and Murray River/Gunbower Creek areas. We do not accept liability for the unfortunate or seasonal visits of any wildlife including, but not limited to; birds, rodents, insects, emus, kangaroos, wombats, possums, wild goats, wild pigs, wild dogs, snakes and spiders.
